Hours of Operation
Our normal hours of operation are 8:30 AM - 5 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Our Website is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you contact us outside of business hours please leave your name/organization, call back number, and a brief message and we'll do our best to follow up with you as soon as possible.
Service & Shipping Area
We serve all 48 continguous states (limited products are able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada/Mexico). No additional international orders may be placed at this time. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping & Freight
Freight prices are not included in product list prices. Shipping charges are added to your order either at checkout, or at the time of invoice.
Displayed shipping rates are based on commercial facility deliveries with access to a loading dock. Facilities such as schools, churches, military facilities, and residences may require additional handling fees.
Standard shipping is via UPS or FedEx, with the most competitive rates always prioritized for our customers. Most products are shipped within 1-3 days if in stock, longer lead times may be applicable for out-of-stock or custom products.
Special requests may not be handled online, please contact us at (877) 518-4826 for any special requests.
Items which weight over 150 lbs. or which exceed dimenional capacity may not be shipped via UPS/FedEx, and will be shipped with a commercial carrier to a commercial location only. LTL shipments cannot ship to residences or locations without loading dock access.
Shipments which ship by truck are delivered "cubside only" by default, and additional freight may be incurred for inside delivery, appointments, or liftgate.
Shipping charges calcuated on our website are estimates and may vary. If there is a discredpancy we will contact you.
Order Tracking & Invoicing
Upon shipping you will receive tracking information. Please note that this tracking information may take 24-48 hours to activate, and LTL tracking may be limited other than expected arrival time/date.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after submitted and processed. In addition, Titan Industrial cannot be held liable for incorrect addresses or incorrect contact information submitted on orders.
Quotations
Each quote is considered separate and independent by issue date. Quotes are considered estimates and are subject to change prior to formal invoice issuance. Please review your quote carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly from quotations. The buyer must confirm all items prior to ordering. Custom print and special priced items cannot be returned or cancelled, unless otherwise stated. Should there be any questions regarding quotations and how to order them, please reach out to our team and we will assist you further.
Payment Options, Terms, Tax and Tax Exemption
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For larger orders we may accept wire transfers with pre-authorization required. Invoices paid late are subject to finance charges.
If your organization qualifies for a state sales tax exemption, please send your sales tax exemption form to: admin@titanindustrial.com - For your tax exemption form please be sure to include your company name and contact information in case we need to reach you. We support the following formats: .pdf, .jpg (20MB max upload size).
Shipment Damages
Shipment Damages:
The receiver is responsible for inspecting all deliveries upon receipt. Before signing for any delivery, be sure to inspect the packages or pallets for any damage that may have occurred during transport. If you receive a damaged product in your shipment please call us at (887) 518-4826 within 48 hours. When signing for your shipment, make sure to notate the damage with your signature, and take photographic evidence. Otherwise, legally, by applying your signature without "damage" or "uninspected", you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item in good condition and any later claim with the freight company must be filed by you as we have no recourse.
